The proposed installation will be located at Journey Pet Services 10800 Laurel Hill Drive, Frostburg, MD 21532. Pursuant to Section 1-604, of the Environment Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, the Department has made a tentative determination that the Permit to Construct can be issued and is now ready to receive public comment on the application. Terms of Sale: A deposit of $22,000 in the form of certified check, cashier’s check or money order will be required of the purchaser at time and place of sale.
