S, Blk. A Bellevue Adn. 55 x 143; Deed Ref. 1493-307”, ALLEGANY COUNTY TAX ACCOUNT NO. 23-003961, Defendants ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property located in Allegany County, Maryland and sold by the Collector of Taxes for the County of Allegany in the State of Maryland to the Plaintiff in this proceeding: Property assessed in the name of Marni C. Hochard and Christopher A. Hochard, described as “12 Schiller Terrace, Cumberland, MD 21502, 12 Schiller Terrace; Lots 11 12, Sec. S, Blk. A Bellevue Adn. 55 x 143; Deed Ref. 1493-307”, and identified as Allegany County Tax Account No. 23-003961.. The Complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid. It is thereupon this 17th day of August 2016 by the Circuit Court for Allegany County, ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in The Cumberland Times - News once per week for three successive weeks, warning all persons interested in the property to appear in this Court by the 17th day of October 2016, and redeem the property described above and answer the complaint or thereafter a final judgment will be entered foreclosing all rights of redemption in the property, and vesting in the Plaintiff a title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
