NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR STRIP MINE PERMIT RENEWAL Notice is hereby given that Beechwood Coal, LLC, 19709 Winners View Terrace Frostburg, Maryland 21532 in compliance with Marylands federally approved Surface Coal Mine Regulatory Program, has submitted an application for renewal of surface coal mine permit SM-01-439. This application is for renewal of an existing permit only. The application does not add any area to the existing permit. The operation is located near Frostburg, Maryland on the south side of Vale Run in Election District No. 17, Allegany County. MD Grid Coordinates: N 716,120 E 770,550. Access to the site is from Cabin Run Road, three quarters of a mile west of the intersection of State Route 36 and Cabin Run Road.
