Washington (Deceased); property ID: 06-012744, Defendants ORDER OF PUBLICATION The object of this proceeding is to secure the foreclosure of all rights of redemption in the following property: Property described as 842 Gephart Drive, Cumberland, MD 21502, and more fully described in Liber 555 Page 931 among the Land Records Book for Allegany County, Maryland, Assessed Value: $55,500; and Assessed to: Warren H. Washington (Deceased) and Jean F. Washington (Deceased); Property ID: 06-012744.. The Complaint states, among other things, that the amounts necessary for redemption have not been paid, although more than six (6) months from the date of sale has expired. It is thereupon this 3rd day of May, 20136, by the Circuit Court for Allegany County; ORDERED, that notice be given by the insertion of a copy of this Order in a newspaper having a general circulation in Allegany County once a week for three successive weeks, the last insertion on or before June 15, 2016, warning all persons interested in the said properties to b and appear in this Court by the 15th day of July, 2016 and redeem the Property, and answer the Complaint, or thereafter a final judgment will be rendered foreclosing all rights of redemption in this Property and vesting in the Plaintiff a title, free and clear of all encumbrances.
