ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS The Allegany County Commissioners Allegany County, Maryland Frostburg Business Park Access Road ARC Project No. MD-17754 SHA No. AL486ZM1 FAP No. APL-3(406)N Separate sealed bids for the construction of Contract No. SHA No. AL486ZM1 consisting of constructing approximately 0.2 mile of access road with appurtenances in the Frostburg Business Park, Frostburg, Maryland will be received by the Allegany County Commissioners at their office in the County Office Complex, 701 Kelly Road, Suite 407, Cumberland, Maryland until 3:00 pm, local time, Tuesday, July 12, 2016. Said bids will then be opened and publicly read aloud at 3:30 pm in the Allegany County Commissioners Meeting Room. Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of the Director of Public Works located at 701 Kelly Road, Cumberland, Maryland 21502 upon payment of $150.00 for each set, which is non-refundable. Checks shall be made payable to the Allegany County Commissioners. An additional $20.00 per set will be charged for U.S. mail postage.
