Himes unto Garland S. James and Virginia F. James and recorded among the Land Records of Allegany County, Maryland in Deed Liber 548 folio 692, together with any improvement thereon, hereinafter referred to as the property. The Complaint alleges, inter alia, that the Plaintiff is the holder of a Certificate of Sale as to said property issued by Jason M. Bennett, Director of Finance for Allegany County, Maryland. An order has been issued by this Court requiring any person having or claiming to have an interest in the aforesaid property to appear on or before the 19th day of March, 2016, and answer the Complaint or redeem the property or otherwise show cause, if nay, that there may be as to why the relief prayed in the Complaint shall not be granted. Failure to answer or redeem the property within the time allowed may result in a judgment foreclosing the right of redemption. In the event that no cause to the contrary shall be shown within the time set forth herein, then this Court may grant the relief as prayed. Dawne D.
