The substance of the Complaint filed in the above -captioned case and the relief sought are: (a) The Plaintiff purchased the property described below at a tax sale conducted on or about April 29, 2015, and received a Certificate of Sale. He filed this action seeking an Order that forecloses the right of Defendans and other interested parties to redeem the propery. LOT 8 36 X 100 SMITHS 2ND ADDITION AS SHOWN ON MAP 105 PARCEL 198F BY DEED REFERENCE 288, FOLIO 367 (c) The time within which a defendant must file an answer to the Complaint or redeem the property is May 10, 2016. (d) Failure to answer or redeem the property within the time allowed may result in a judgment foreclosing the right of redemption. (e) Notice to tenants. If the unpaid taxes, together with costs and expenses are not paid, the Court may enter a judgment foreclosoing; the right of redemption that would terminate your lease and right to occupy the propery. You have the right to pay the unpaid taxes, together with costs and expenses and avoid lease termination and eviction. A judgment foreclosing the right of redemption could be entered within the next ninety (90) days, at that time, you could be evicted and required to vacate the property.
